i-cut Layout is an advanced software solution aimed at helping companies get the most cost-efficient sheet design by matching graphic designs with the corresponding substrate as closely as possible to minimize waste.

The idea behind the tool is to assist you to make the most out of the available sheet and hence, help you save some cash by reducing the waste resulting from milling jobs. Therefore, the first step to take is to specify the size of the sheet and the position of the margins on the sheet.
Once you added the graphics, placeholders and boxes, you are ready to create all the layouts you need. After you verify the graphics that are currently placed on the sheet and specify the parameters that they should account for, you can hit the Find Layouts Now button to analyze the samples created so far.

Similarly to advanced CAD applications, the utility includes a function that automatically updates the changes made to the sheet size and the number of inks, SmartMarks.
