Insert relevant details about clients and staff members
When accessing the clients tab you have to input details for every customer, such as code, company name, social security and tax identification numbers, address, zip code, city and state, as well as various phone numbers, personal and work emails. Plus, you can manage the call days and the months that are added to the bill and invoice, along with the corresponding VAT and personalized invoice and payment descriptions.
From the same menu, you have the option to select the fee amount for calls, if your company manages this type of business, monthly or hourly fee values, and manage the scheduled services and materials. For them, all you have to do is input the quantity and price per piece, and the rest is calculated by the tool.
