GamutLogViewer Description
Gamut LogViewer is a lightweight Windows application that helps users check out the information included in log files.
It sports a clean layout that gives you the possibility to upload files into the working environment using the built-in browse function, so you cannot rely on the “drag and drop” support.
The program lets you add LOG or plain text files, perform search operations, highlight different rows for quickly identifying the needed information, and create bookmarks.
What’s more, you can undo or redo your actions, use a hotkeys for a better control of your actions (they cannot be reassigned), and copy the selected information to the clipboard.
Gamut LogViewer gives you the possibility to filter the information by date, and switch to a full screen mode for a better focus on your work.
Last but not least, you can customize the layout of the tool by selecting a color for the rows, make program remain on top of other utilities, as well as enable or disable several text messages (e.g. “ERROR,” “WARNING”).
During our testing we have noticed that Gamut LogViewer carries out a task quickly, and no errors showed up throughout the entire process. It doesn’t put a lot of stress on CPU and memory, so the overall performance of the computer is not affected.
