UserProfilesView Description
UserProfilesView shows a list with all PC users. This is a simple and intuitive application that requires minimal configuration and lets you export data to file. You can find out a user’s last load time, among other details.
No installation necessary
It doesn’t need any DLLs to run and doesn’t create new entries in the Windows registry. You can save the program files anywhere on the disk or a removable storage unit, and directly launch UserProfilesView on any PC with minimum effort. However, you should know that it creates a configuration file when exiting the tool, which contains your preferences.
View PC users and last load times
Once launched, you can view the names of all PC users, along with their profile paths, last load time, folder created and modified time, registry modified time and file size, user SID, and state code.
It’s possible to open a user’s directory in your default file explorer, generate reports with all information and save them to file (TXT, CSV, HTML or XML format), copy data to the Clipboard, show grid lines, handpick the columns to display while excluding the rest, display time in GMT instead of local, as well as resort to a basic search tool to rapidly locate a particular piece of information.
Evaluation and conclusion
There were no kind of stability issues in our tests, thanks to the fact that the program didn’t hang, crash or prompt error dialogs. As we expected, it left a small footprint on system resources, running on low CPU and memory.
To sum it up, UserProfilesView offers a simple solution for helping you find out all PC users and their last load times, and it can be handled with ease by anyone. Too bad that it hasn’t been updated for a while.
