Circuit Diagram is a lightweight and straightforward application designed to help you create electronic circuits.
This cross-platform utility sports a clean interface that allows users to design a new circuit with just a few clicks. In order to simply the entire task, the application bundles many useful preset components, such as resistors, capacitors, sources, logic gates, diodes, transistors, meters, microcontrollers, inductors and external connections.
These components can be easily dragged and dropped on the working environment area and you can also change their position. Moreover, if you need to work only with some specific components, you can make the program display just the selected items in the primary panel.
Other useful features worth mentioning give users the possibility to zoom in or out of different image circuits, as well as delete, flip or rotate the selected components. All unnecessary adjustments can be easily rolled back, thanks to its built-in buttons.
The generated circuit can be exported to PNG or SVG, and you are also allowed to pick the file’s size. It is important to mention that hotkeys are also available for a better control of the entire process, but they cannot be reassigned.
During our testing we have noticed that the program accomplishes a task very quickly and provides excellent image quality. It doesn’t eat up CPU and memory and no errors showed up throughout the entire process.
