Easy Pizza Order Description
Easy Pizza Order is a simple to use program, designed to help you manage your pizza restaurant business. The application allows you to take the clients’ orders, save them in a log and generate the bills. It is a simplistic, yet useful software solution for small businesses and it requires no installation.
Friendly interface
Easy Pizza Order features a simple interface that may seem complicated at first, but it is rather easy to get accustomed to, after a few uses. The main window features a fill-in form that you can use to create the customer’s order. Simply select the product from the drop-down menu, fill in the item count and optional comments.
You need to calculate the total payment for the bill and add the order to the log. Additional data is displayed, such as the customer’s telephone number, name and address. The bill can automatically be printed the moment you add it to the log. Moreover, you can easily cancel the order, from the dedicated menu, by specifying the ID of the entry.
Functionality issues
Easy Pizza Order is simple and convenient to use, but there are certain aspects that are not optimized. For instance, you cannot print a bill if you cancel the process when you add the order to the log. Moreover, you cannot change the administrator password and the program does not allow you to currently modify the menu or the prices.
You cannot use the Tab key to move between fields, which can be inconvenient for some users. Additionally, the program can be slow, especially when adding or canceling orders.
Useful, yet not optimized client application
Easy Pizza Order features a client-side application designed to ensure the communication with the main program. The client can be installed on the kitchen computer, for instance, and receive the orders or messages via the chat tool, from the reception. However, the Client application does not receive log entries and it reads chat messages with a large delay.
