FX Draw Cloud Description
Primarily developed for mathematical teachers, FX Draw is a simple-to-use program which allows you to draw geometrical shapes for classroom lessons or presentations. It can be handled even by users with limited experience in graphic editing tools.
The interface of the application may appear complicated at a first glance, but FX Draw is actually quite easy to deal with.
The tool allows you to draw lines, circles, rectangles, labeled points, freehand, polygons, ellipses from axis and three-point arcs. But you may also mark angles, add shades to regions, display function graphs or select one of the preset figures from the gallery.
In addition, you can bring objects to the front or send them to the back, switch to interactive whiteboard mode, rotate and group objects, use a virtual keyboard and adjust the transparency level of the main frame. Plus, it is possible to use a grid, GAD or unlimited GAD, lock a figure, save the project for further modifications or export it to an image file (EMF, GIF, BMP or PNG), as well as to undo and redo actions.
A bunch of customization preferences are available. Therefore, you can configure settings related to equations (e.g. the font for variables and Greek letters), statistics (e.g. exclude medians when calculating quartiles) and graphs (e.g. mark the origin of axes), among others.
The drawing program needs a moderate-to-high amount of CPU and system memory, has a good response time and contains user documentation. No error dialogs have been shown in our testing and FX Draw did not freeze or crash; we have not encountered any technical misfortunes. Although the program packs some pretty advanced features, these are easy to discover, backed by the intuitive layout.
