Net Viewer Description
Bookmark managers offer a comfortable way to store various address links and find them easily whenever needed. Net Viewer is a similar solution only it sports a much more complex set of features that allow not just storing of the data (URLs, passwords and email addresses) but its protection, too.
Installing the application should not present a problem to the user regardless of the computer knowledge they have. Simply following the instructions on the screen gets the job done.
Looks and functionality
Access to the interface is password protected so that only authorized persons have access to the database. New users can be created at any time and they can create their own information database.
The interface is split into several sections that allow accessing the supported type of information and managing it. To make things easier on the user the application includes support for importing the bookmarks from different web browsers.
Save web links, passwords and email addresses
There is no limit to the number of entries that can be stored and each of them is accompanied by additional details such as the creation date and the last time an update was recorded. Net Viewer includes the possibility to create reports that can be organized by date or alphabetically and printed.
Although the program has a clear layout working with it did not prove to be an easy task during our testing on 64-bit Windows 8 because errors were generated even for the simplest actions.
Easy-to-use URL manager
Net Viewer could be valuable for users that need a solution for storing web links, passwords and email addresses in large numbers. However, it may not prove to be a very efficient alternative if errors keep occurring even for the simplest actions.
