OpooSoft PS To IMAGE GUI + Command Line is a set of two tools that you can use to convert PostScript and Encapsulated PostScript files into various image formats.
With them you are able to transform PS and EPS files into formats such as BMP, EMF, WMF, JPEG, PNG, GIF, TIFF and PCX. You can then use them for printing, storage and other diverse purposes.
The fact that the same application can be used both with a graphical user interface and as a command line tool enables you to convert your files in any given environment on any available computer. It doesn’t really matter how experienced you really are.
The version of OpooSoft PS To IMAGE that comes with a user interface is very comprehensive and easy to work with. All the features and settings you need are made available in plain sight. From the main window you are able to load multiple files, choose the format in which to convert, select the DPI and the image size. It also supports batch processing which means that you can convert as many files as you want. The only thing that can be considered a setback is the fact that you can’t select different formats for individual files that are in the queue.
Different than the GUI version, where you can add files even using a simple drag and drop action, the Command Line version of the application isn’t all that easy to use. At least at first, because the commands you use aren’t hard but it takes you a couple of conversions to memorize them along with the multitude of parameters that the application offers you.
