ResourceMiner Description
ResourceMiner is a Windows piece of software designed for static code analysis, oriented toward software architects and developers. It enables users to get the graphical representation of single or multiple integrated programs written in a wide range of programming and database languages. These include Delphi6, AnsiSQL, UnisysSQL, MSSQL, HBMXML, PB7, C++, .NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, Visual Basic 6, and IBMAssembler.
The software program is wrapped in a simple interface whose menu bar contains file, edit, view, filter, tracks, tools and window options. For example, it’s possible to create queries for statements or SQL reports, check out the worklist and diagram, set the source database as well as view distributions and dependencies.
It’s also possible to set the track detection (top bottom or bottom up), view items by system, computer, application, package, object, entry, code or data, filter items, add tracks and set tracks to autocomplete. Settings can be configured when it comes to the source database (name, type, database file, default database), supported languages, middleware and general aspects like the license manager and query result column.
ResourceMiner can be tested for free. However, the version that can be downloaded isn’t the latest one and doesn’t have features from newer editions.
