SimplyR2V Description
SimplyR2V is a CAD application capable of converting raster images to vector files. It can open bitmap and vector files with the SNC (SimplyCam), BMP, JPG, DXF, STL and SVG types. The tool also gives you the possibility to make CAD changes using intuitive drawing tools.
Convert raster images to vector files
Following a speedy setup operation, you’re welcomed by a simple interface, where you can get started by opening a bitmap or vector file. Several samples are provided by the application to demonstrate how it works.
After opening a file, you can configure some settings related to scaling, aspect ratio, reference points, and rotation angles. Layers can be toggled from the geometry pane on the left side of the main window. You can also pick a different color and pen width for all layers to spot them in the design easier.
Make modifications to the CAD design
It’s possible to zoom in and out, view the top, front, side or isometric projection of the design, set point positions, grids or bolt circles, as well as connect points using lines, line polar, line perpendicular, line tangent to arcs or line tangent angle.
