SqrSoft Advanced Crossfading Output Description
SqrSoft Advanced Crossfading Output is a plugin for Winamp that allows you to control the crossfading between two audio tracks. In order to access this plugin, you must go to the “Preferences” menu, at “Plugins Output” in Winamp.
Thus, you can select the output device, set the sample frequency rate when you open the wave device, as well as disable volume control and enable internal volume and reversed balance.
Plus, you can configure buffer settings when it comes to the number of blocks, maximum and minimum block, priority, prebuffer and buffer length mixing.
In addition, you can kill the gaps (e.g. raise and fall trigger level), disable smooth cuts, import and export presets, view the status (e.g. mixing buffer, sound buffer, average block, play mode) and configure the second level DSP plugin (if this is the case).
You can also set crossfading options (time, level and curve for the fade in and out), fade on stop, skip or seek, as well as disable crossfading, check the option to skip the crossfading on tracks smaller than a particular time length and to truncate tracks longer than a specific time length.
The program barely uses system resources and includes a quick help guide. We haven’t come across any kind of problems during our tests.
