Talking Alarm Clock Description
Keeping in mind all the tasks that need to be completed or the meetings that you must attend isn’t an easy job, especially when you keep a busy lifestyle. Talking Alarm Clock is a program that can schedule various alarms and reminders.
The app comes with a simple interface that is quite easy to figure out.
Basically, the program lets you set up various alarms and customize each of them. Thus, each entry can be given a name and you may choose one of the ways the alarm should get your attention. For instance, the program can display a window or use Microsoft Speech. Picking the latter enables you to select the name of the voice, the speech speed and audio device.
Additionally, you may insert a message that the program can recite once the alarm goes off. The time when it must go off must also be set.
For instance, the alarm can be set to ring only once or on a certain schedule. Thus, it can be set to ring daily, weekly (on certain days), monthly or yearly. For the latter option, the app may ring on the specific date or on a certain day of the month, such as the first Monday of June.
The program also lets you play a certain media file, a short sound clip or a playlist once the alarm goes off. Furthermore, you may set how insistent the alarm should be. Some keyboard shortcuts are available to help you control the app with more ease. Thus, you may close, snooze, silence or repeat the alarm with the help of some buttons.
All in all, Talking Alarm Clock is a nice time-management tool. Inexperienced individuals should find it easy to handle, thanks to the step-by-step interface.
